-Overnight Support-

Lack of sleep is often one of new parent’s biggest hurdle. Catching up on rest with a couple nights of good sleep can make all the difference. Rest easy knowing your baby is in good hands with a Newborn Care Specialist of 10 years.

For breastfeeding mothers: once everyone settles for sleep, I will sleep with baby in a separate space, only bringing baby to mom for feedings. I wake you in a quiet and calm way, bring you a cup of tea, some water or a snack if needed, then sit by you to keep you company, help you navigate latch, positions and feeding, burp baby in between, give ideas on keeping baby awake during feedings so that feedings are efficient and whatever makes the mother feel held and comforted. After feedings, I change baby’s diaper and soothe them back to sleep so that you can continue resting. Parent’s may choose to sleep through the night if baby is bottle fed.

For exclusively pumping mothers: once everyone settles for sleep, I will sleep with baby in a separate space and wake mother with clean pump parts and pump set up for her pumping sessions and feed and care for baby throughout the night.

Pricing: $55 per hour

A great add-on service to overnight care is my meal prep and delivery plan!
