Ash has the most grounded, calm and loving energy of anyone I have ever met. It was amazing having her throughout pregnancy to prepare my body for birth. Her nutritional guidance left me feeling strong and with a feeling that I was deeply nourishing my baby. She gave me exercises to strengthen my body and help prepare it for birth and I LOVED her written exercises and little ceremonies. I learned so much about myself and it was so sweet to feel like I was connecting with my baby more deeply. She was integral in helping me to make decisions in my pregnancy and birth and communicate with my provider. She really helped me find my voice and advocate for myself. I loved that I could take all my birth classes with her instead of having to outsource. I felt so well prepared with her birth class, hypo birthing, lactation and newborn care classes and above that, she really is a lot of fun. I had no idea what I really needed in labor and birth but I now in retrospect see that having the sense of safety that she provided was invaluable. Her presence was grounding and reassuring throughout the process and I truly attribute the way she prepared us to how smoothly my birth went. Postpartum was my most favorite time, despite how challenging it truly is. She makes the most incredible meals and truly made me feel so well cared for. Every day was like a spa day! She always knew what to say and what I needed before I even asked. I had some bumps in my breastfeeding journey and Ash was right there with me through it out, navigating the ups and downs and providing such valuable support and knowledge.
