Rest Is Essential After Birth
The nights after birth can feel tender and overwhelming. Sleep deprivation, hormonal shifts, feeding demands, and emotional processing all converge at once.
My overnight postpartum support exists so you are not navigating those nights alone. This is not simply newborn care — it is deep maternal caregiving, nervous system support, and a steady, calming presence during one of the most vulnerable windows of early motherhood.
You Don’t Have to Do the Nights Alone
The postpartum period is not meant to be endured in isolation.
You deserve rest, reassurance, and to be held through the night.
If you’re longing for steadiness and support after birth, I would be honored to walk beside you.
What Overnight Support Looks Like
Overnight care allows you to sleep and recover while knowing your baby — and you — are held with calm, experienced attention.
Newborn & Feeding Support
• Responsive newborn care throughout the night
• Diapering, soothing, swaddling, and settling
• Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination feeding support
• Bringing baby to you for feeds and resettling afterward
• Pumping support if desired
Supporting Your Rest
• Creating a calm nighttime environment
• Holding and soothing baby so you can rest
• Emotional reassurance and nervous system grounding
• Gentle guidance
Not a Night Nanny — Mother-Centered Care
My overnight support is rooted in my background as a postpartum maternal caregiver, lactation specialist, and newborn care specialist. I support the mother-baby dyad, not just the baby.
You are not handing your baby off — you are being supported so your body and nervous system can truly rest and recover.

This care is especially supportive if you:
• Are recovering from an intense or long birth
