Postpartum
My approach to postpartum care is one of deep, maternal caregiving—a time of healing, nourishment, and being truly held. Rooted in holistic practices, bodywork, nutrition, and grounding rituals, my support offers the sisterhood, care, and restoration your body, mind, and spirit crave after birth.
You are not simply hiring a postpartum doula—you are inviting the presence of a perinatal bodyworker, a lactation specialist, an educator, a nervous system nurturer, a personal postpartum chef, a compassionate listener, and a fierce advocate for your healing.
Postpartum care is so much more than rest. It is nervous system regulation. Hormonal recalibration. Emotional integration. Nutritional replenishment. Relationship tending. Grief holding. Identity rebirth. And I am here to walk beside you through it all.
This level of care is not a luxury—it is the essential baseline every birthing person deserves. Mothers are the heart of families, communities, and society itself. When we honor and care for them, we are investing in collective wellbeing and the generations to come.
