In many cultures, the first 40 days after birth are treated as sacred — a time of rest, warmth, nourishment, and protection. Modern Western culture has largely lost this container. My postpartum care restores it.

As a holistic postnatal chef, I create weekly meal plans that are focused on organic, warm and nourishing meals, milks and snacks with warming spices and nutrient-dense whole-foods, perfect for restoring life-force energy and replenishing nutrients lost through pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding. milks and snacks. I will grocery shop for you and prepare everything in your home with each shift. (cost of food not included). I bring you your teas and meals on a beautifully prepared bed tray for you to enjoy in bed

As a certified Lactation Specialist I will assist with lactation and feeding throughout our time together, to include latch, positioning, pumping, proper bottle feeding, identifying hunger cues, signs of fullness, how to know if baby is getting enough milk, proper position and latch (breast and bottle) and provide cures for common breast ailments, such as nipple and breast soreness and engorgement, as well as how partner can support.

A healing treatment of moxibustion, otherwise known as mother warming. A moxa is a herbal stick, held above the abdomen and sacrum while gently steaming. This ritual warms the body, tones the uterus, aids circulation, relaxes tender tendons and ligaments and promotes tissue healing. It has also been known to increase milk supply and help with PPD, insomnia and fatigue. Lay down and enjoy the warmth along with soothing music, candles, crystals and essential oils. Each session takes about 20 minutes

Abhyanga oil treatments are a light massage that involve rubbing an herbally medicated oil over the body to be absorbed into the skin. The oil and massage aids in digestion, elevates postpartum mood, improves circulation, support better sleep, self-connection, and provides a sense of nurture and grounding,

All herbal baths are hand-made and organic, and many of them are made from my personal garden. All baths are accompanied with essential oils and relaxing music or healing frequency sounds.
Foot baths- a farm style basin is filled with warm water, salts and herbs. As you soak your feet, nutrients from the herbs are drawn up through your feet and promote healing. Accompanied with a foot massage.
Sits baths- Herbs that heal and soothe tissues are brewed and added to your sitz bath, where you will sit, relax and soak
Herbal baths- soak in a tub of healing herbs and florals to rest your body, de-stress and support your body’s natural healing processes. This can be done solo or with your baby!

2 days per week- 3 hours per day: $550 per week

Postpartum Planning session: We will work together to prepare for your postpartum period, focusing on:
*What you can expect: of your body, your mind, your sleep, your relationships and more, and how to prepare for and naviagte this rite of passage
*Nutrition: week by week nutritional guidance, how to get it using food and herbs, as well as meal plan samples, pantry lists and more
*Healing methods: herbs (teas and tinctures) and supplements to use for healing, emotional wellness and to optimize breastfeeding, as well as holistic approaches to common postpartum ailments.
*Recipes: for teas, sitz baths and herbal foot baths and trusted sources to purchase these ingredients from
*Self-massage (Abhyanga) tutorial
*Your support team: creating a support map together to include who will support you, in what ways and how to ask for this specific help in a way that defines clear boundaries around what is needed.
*A list of what you really need during your first 40 days: for both mom and baby to support nourishment, healing and bonding
*How to plan and prepare: for both partners roles during the postpartum period

A day of deeply caring for mother or birthing person. We focus on your healing, processing your experience and nourishing your body. The day is slow and warm and beautiful. We do feedings together and address any concerns or questions you may have. You are served meals on a beautiful tray and receive:
*Abhyanga oil treatment
*womb moxi
*belly binding
*farm style herbal foot bath
*lactation, pumping and bottle-feeding support from me, a certified lactation counselor
*2 organic, warm & nourishing meals (2 servings each) prepared in your home. I will grocery shop prior (cost of food not included)

*clean laundry, bed linens and house tidying
Pricing: $450 for 5 hours

Twice per week check-ins via Zoom or Facetime + unlimited phone/text support.
This service is for individuals that do not want or need in-person care, but would still like postpartum support and guidance during their first 4 weeks.

*emotional support- I am here to hear you and hold you as you navigate the many ups and downs that come with having a newborn.
*breastfeeding and feeding support- As a certified lactation consultant, I will assist with a lactation concerns, feeding schedule, identifying hunger cues, signs of fullness, how to know if baby is getting enough milk, proper position and latch (breast and bottle) and provide cures for common breast ailments, such as nipple and breast soreness and engorgement. If bottle feeding, I will educate you on proper bottle feeding technique.
*holistic approaches to healing aches, pains, hormone imbalances, engorged breasts, c-sections, baby blues and so much more with the use of herbal tinctures, teas, salves and tonics
*newborn education from a certified Newborn Care Specialist- navigating development, sleep, feeding, hunger and sleepy cues, soothing, establishing circadian rhythm, tips and tricks, signs your baby is getting enough to eat, proper bottle feeding techniques, sleep practices from independent sleep and bed sharing, and so much more
